Rorschacherberg construction consortium secures development site in Langmoos

Construction consortium acquires land in Rorschacherberg

The Rorschacherberg construction consortium, consisting of Imperium Immo AG (Steinhausen) and Vitura AG (Winterthur), has acquired plot no. 1224 in the Langmoos area of Rorschacherberg.

The approximately 2,755 m² plot serves as the foundation for the development of a high-quality residential project in Rorschacherberg. The transfer of ownership was published as part of the official property transactions for the municipality of Rorschacherberg.

With this acquisition, Imperium Immo AG is expanding its development portfolio in Eastern Switzerland and continuing its long-term development strategy. Further information on the project will be released once the planning and approval processes are complete.
